Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may vary slightly. In such cases, this will be clearly communicated.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items may have different processing times. The estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that shipment may take place at a later date. Any changes to the estimated delivery date will be communicated in a timely manner.

We currently ship to:
- Belgium
- The Netherlands
- European Union countries

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Where applicable, we may offer free shipping during promotions or special campaigns. This will be clearly communicated on our website.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Belgium: 1–2 business days
- The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination and external circumstances.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow your package.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. BUBSBAG is not liable for orders lost due to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bubsbag.com. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
