BUBSBAG operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the “Services”). BUBSBAG is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, quality or characteristics of products purchased through our store will fully meet your expectations or exactly match the images displayed online.
Minor variations in color, embroidery placement, materials or finishing may occur due to manufacturing processes.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit product quantities by person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
BUBSBAG products are designed for organizational and convenience purposes only and are not safety products or medical devices. Children should never be left unattended with any BUBSBAG product or accessory. The foldable changing mat is not intended for sleep use.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. BUBSBAG reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at its sole discretion for any reason.
Your order is only accepted once confirmed by BUBSBAG. Payment must be received and processed before acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once accepted, cancellation requests may not always be possible.
If we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided during checkout.
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are intended for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.
For personalized orders, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible once production has started. Personalized items are excluded from returns in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-orders are subject to estimated delivery timelines. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery dates are indicative only and may change.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices include applicable VAT and exclude shipping costs.
Prices displayed in our webshop may differ from prices offered in physical stores or third-party retailers.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your information, including email address and payment details, so we can complete transactions and contact you if necessary.

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you once the products have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

BUBSBAG uses Shopify to power our online store. However, all purchases and transactions are concluded directly with BUBSBAG.
